Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing, launching, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with additional exposure to LinkedIn Ads. This role requires strong expertise in large-scale account management, lead generation (B2C & B2B), and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize high-volume Meta ad campaigns across 50+ accounts
- Develop, launch, and scale campaigns focused on ROI, cost per conversion, and profitability
- Build and execute paid media strategies across Facebook/Meta and LinkedIn
- Set up and manage ad accounts, pixels, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve performance
- Perform audience research, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, visuals,



and campaign concepts
- Monitor and troubleshoot tracking issues, ad disapprovals, and account restrictions
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns meet performance goals
- Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices
- Build and automate reporting for internal and client-facing insights

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook) Ads
- Proven experience managing and scaling 50+ accounts simultaneously
- Track record of launching and managing 100+ successful campaigns
- Strong expertise in Facebook Business Manager and conversion tracking
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation funnels
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Solid copywriting and creative judgment for ad performance
- Experience resolving ad account issues, disapprovals, and policy challenges
- Fluent/native-level English (business and technical proficiency)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment

Nice to Have

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics)
- Background in home services, lead generation, or call-based campaigns
- Exposure to B2B industries such as IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise marketing

Working Hours

- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (USA)
- Time tracking software is required
