? Logistics Coordinator – Track & Trace

? Location: Barranquilla – Onsite

? Salary: $3,520,000 COP

? Contract: Indefinite-term contract

? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

? Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, preferably in Track & Trace, transportation, dispatching, or shipment monitoring.
- English level B2 or C1.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Availability to work onsite in Barranquilla and the assigned afternoon/evening shift.

? Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track shipments throughout the transportation process.
- Provide real-time updates on shipment status and delivery progress.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
- Identify and escalate delays, exceptions,



or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment information and update tracking systems.
- Follow up on delivery milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Support the team in resolving transportation-related issues.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

? Training & Work Schedule

Training shift: Monday to Friday, either 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, depending on operational requirements.

Regular shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

? This is an onsite position in Barranquilla.
