We are a personal injury law firm (car accidents and work injuries) in North Carolina looking for a smart, driven and focused individual. We currently need a person to fill an Intake Legal Assistant role to assist with answering calls, opening new cases in our case system, opening claims with insurance companies/courthouses, and researching case details.

This is a full time job. We are hiring for one alternating weekly shift -

Week one: 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. One hour lunch break.

Week two: 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday. One hour lunch break on Monday to Friday. + 10am-4pm Saturday.

We are NOT a staffing firm. This is NOT a temporary job.

This is a full time job with a starting weekly pay of COP 1.100.000,00 paid through PayPal.

We use Salesforce as our case management software. It is a web based application, however,



we do require some software downloads to your personal computer - Adobe, Spectrum and Time

Doctor.

The position we are hiring for requires the following skills:

Requirements

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Litify, or similar case management systems
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Home computer with dependable internet connection
- Experience working remotely
- Comfortable with multi-tasking
- Comfortable answering up to 30-35 calls per day

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to lawyer
- Handle communication with clients
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Collect information for new cases
