Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Supervisor to lead and support a team of recruiters focused on the U.S. market. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, performance management, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.

The adecuado candidate has a strong background in IT staffing/recruiting, experience working with recruiting teams, and a solid understanding of the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee a team of IT recruiters supporting recruitment efforts for the U.S. market.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and candidate screening to submission and placement.
- Monitor recruiting KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Establish clear expectations around productivity, quality, accountability, and recruiting results.
- Support recruiters with challenging searches, candidate management, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes.
- Leverage ATS data and reporting to monitor pipelines, recruiter activity, candidate progress, and overall team performance.




- Ensure recruiters follow established ATS workflows and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Analyze recruiting data and develop action plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and hiring outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Stay informed about U.S. IT staffing trends, recruiting practices, and market dynamics.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in IT staffing or IT recruiting, preferably supporting the U.S. market.
- Previous experience in recruiting leadership, management, or a senior-level recruiting role.
- Hands-on experience using an ATS in a staffing or recruiting environment.
- C1 English proficiency is required.
- Experience managing recruiting KPIs and using data to drive team performance.
- Strong communication, coaching, accountability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
