Customer Success & Support Bogota Colombia Remote Lead Permanent Aug 29, 2026

What You'll Do

Lead and develop analytical and consulting talent within the Customer Success team. Plan and deploy strategies to achieve client satisfaction and commercial lead KPIs. Conduct periodic reviews of KPIs, defining success criteria and monitoring mechanisms. Build and lead market and thought leadership presentations for C-Level clients.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. At least 6 years of working experience, preferably in Mass Consumption or consulting companies. Advanced English (written and oral skills) required. Experience with NielsenIQ information is ideal.
