About the Role

We're looking for an Information Security Consultant to work hands-on supporting our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). We already have ISO 27001 implemented and certified, and we need someone to help us maintain compliance, prepare for our upcoming surveillance audit, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This is a project-based engagement with a defined scope and timeline.

Scope of Work

- Review and update the full ISMS documentation: policies, procedures, records, and the Statement of Applicability
- Conduct an internal audit cycle and manage corrective actions through resolution
- Update the risk register and support periodic risk assessments
- Run security awareness activities and training for contractors
- Ensure audit-readiness across all applicable controls

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration,



Information Systems Management, Technology Management, or related fields
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience operating or advising on ISO 27001 ISMS implementations, including surveillance and recertification cycles
- Hands-on experience with internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action management
- Strong documentation skills: creating, maintaining, and organizing policies, procedures, and records
- Ability to work independently and propose a structured plan of deliverables
- English level B1+
- Based in Colombia

Nice to Have

- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Internal Auditor certification
- Experience with other compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 9001)
