We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Integral Logistics Team Lead to support the Global Logistics Supervisor in coordinating daily export, transportation, and documentation operations. In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational guidance to the team, help prioritize shipments, monitor critical deadlines, and support the resolution of operational and system-related issues. You will serve as the first point of escalation for routine operational matters while ensuring compliance, timely execution, and continuous improvement across logistics processes.

What’s unique about this job (What you’ll do)

Logistics Operations & Team Support

- Support the Global Logistics Supervisor in coordinating daily export, transportation, and documentation activities.
- Provide day-to-day operational guidance to team members regarding shipment prioritization, certifications, documentation, and logistics systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for routine operational issues, resolving challenges when possible and escalating more complex matters to the Supervisor.
- Support the team in managing priorities and ensuring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with health certificate processing and other documentation requirements related to export operations.

Transportation & Shipment Coordination

- Monitor shipment schedules, carrier cutoffs, and critical deadlines to support timely execution.
- Follow up on shipment status and coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address potential delays or operational issues.
- Help prioritize shipments based on operational requirements and established deadlines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of transportation activities.
- Identify potential operational risks and communicate them proactively to the appropriate stakeholders.

Export Documentation & Compliance

- Review export and transportation documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Support the proper processing of certifications, health certificates, and other required export documentation.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.




- Ensure logistics activities are performed in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Communication & Issue Resolution

- Coordinate communication with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Provide timely updates regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, operational issues, and critical deadlines.
- Support the resolution of routine operational challenges and escalate complex or high-impact issues when necessary.
- Maintain clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.

Continuous Improvement

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics processes and transportation operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, strengthen process controls, and optimize transportation costs.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and operational best practices.
- Perform other logistics and documentation-related duties as assigned.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)

- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of experience in transportation.
- Familiarity with export documentation and international transportation requirements.
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, AS/400, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required and will be tested as part of the selection process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to analyze operational issues, prioritize tasks, and provide practical solutions.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of information.
