Operations Colombia Remote Lead Full-Time Aug 26, 2026

What You'll Do

Lead the First Mile, Last Mile, and Places operations for Colombia, ensuring service level compliance. Manage the own fleet and relationships with logistics operators, guaranteeing capacity and operational efficiency. Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives, challenging the team to support decisions with data analysis.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in logistics operations roles, particularly in First Mile or Last Mile, fleet management, and leading teams of 3 or more people. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and experience in managing operational indicators.
