ERP Functional Support Analyst | JD Edwards
We’re looking for an ERP Functional Support Analyst with experience supporting business users and enterprise applications, with a strong focus on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne .
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for JDE across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales .
- Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and coordinate escalations.
- Support testing, configuration, system enhancements, and documentation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve functional issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of ERP/Application Support experience.
- Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- ServiceNow/Jira and basic SQL are a plus.
