? ¿Qué harás en este rol?
✔️ Analizar y documentar requerimientos de negocio de Time & Attendance
✔️ Configurar y dar soporte funcional a procesos de administración de tiempos
✔️ Colaborar con stakeholders para alinear negocio y tecnología
✔️ Evaluar y mejorar procesos existentes
✔️ Elaborar documentación funcional y participar en análisis de negocio
✔️ Trabajar en equipos cross-functional asegurando alineamiento estratégico
✅ Lo que buscamos:
? Conocimiento sólido en Workforce Software Time & Attendance
? Certificación vigente en Workforce Software T&A;
? Habilidades comprobadas en Análisis de Requerimientos
? Inglés Avanzado (interacción con stakeholders en inglés)
? Condiciones:
