Citi is looking for a Portfolio Structuring & Liquidity Manager to drive balance sheet efficiency and revenue growth across the Caribbean and Central America region. In this role, you will develop and execute pricing strategies and balance sheet optimization solutions for Liquidity Management Services, working across 11 countries with senior stakeholders and integral product partners. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive pricing guidelines and frameworks that ensure commercial alignment and drive portfolio profitability across the Caribbean and Central America region.
Design and execute portfolio growth strategies aimed at expanding the deposit base and maximizing returns for the assigned client segment.
Act as the regional transfer pricing lead, overseeing transfer pricing policies, local liquidity premium monitoring, and alignment across regional and global teams.
Manage deposit tracking, revenue forecasting, and balance sheet projections to support accurate financial planning and performance reporting for the region.
Build and enhance pricing tools, calculators, and financial models that equip banking and coverage teams to win and reprice business effectively.
Lead forecast cycle discussions, monitor client revenue allocations, and oversee key performance indicators including cost of funds management and liquidity metrics.
Provide direct pricing support to banking and coverage teams for balance bids and client repricing, ensuring decisions are grounded in portfolio health and commercial objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5 to 10 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, financial structuring, or a related field within financial services.
