Purpose

The Agile Delivery Manager will drive the successful delivery of data products for international banking by combining the roles of a Scrum Master, data delivery specialist, and stakeholder facilitator. This role ensures that Data Engineering teams operate efficiently within an Agile framework, delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions that meet the complex needs of general banking stakeholders. The Agile Delivery Manager will foster collaboration, remove impediments, and align team efforts with strategic business objectives to enable data-driven decision-making.

Accountability

Agile Process Leadership: Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration, adherence to Agile principles, and continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Data Product Delivery:



Oversee end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring alignment with banking requirements, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, Basel III). Coordinate with Data Engineers to prioritize and deliver data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions.

Stakeholder Facilitation: Serve as the primary liaison between Data Engineering teams and international banking stakeholders, including business units, compliance teams, and senior leadership. Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and manage expectations through clear communication and status reporting.

Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers to team progress, whether technical, process-related, or stakeholder-driven, to maintain delivery momentum.

Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor Data Engineering teams to adopt Agile best practices, foster a culture of collaboration, and enhance technical
