Role Description The Logistics Team Lead is a contract, on-site role based in Barranquilla, responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations that support auto glass services for the U.S. market. This role coordinates routing, dispatch, and parts ordering,



ensuring timely and accurate delivery across multiple service locations.

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily routing and scheduling of field technicians across multiple markets to ensure maximum operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and productivity. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make real-time scheduling adjustments based on technician availability, job complexity, geographic location, and changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Review all scheduled jobs for the following day and the next two business days to ensure operational readiness across all markets.
- Verify that every scheduled job has the correct parts purchased, the correct appointment date, and an assigned technician.
