As an Operations Intern, you will bridge the gap between the digital marketplace and the physical world - the riders, drivers, couriers and restaurants who make it real. This role is built for people who knows the answer isn't always obvious and a decision made today changes tomorrow's numbers. You will support the execution of strategic initiatives, promote cross-functional collaboration, and builddashboards and tools that improve data accessibility and operational decision-making.

In this role, you'll be...
- Solving real marketplace problems (supply, demand, ETAs, partner health or customer friction)



through analytical frameworks and hands-on experiments.
- Navigate the exciting messiness of real-world operations: test incentives, pricing tweaks, retention plays and journey fixes, and measure what actually moved the needle.
- Collaborate across marketing, business development, product and support to unblock operational hurdles and launch initiatives that reach real riders, drivers and eaters.
- Own an outcome from start to finish (a metric, a partner base or a customer journey) of a live marketplace while holding a high bar for accuracy.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and imperfect data as you help keep a city's marketplace healthy.
- Identify patterns in operational and satisfaction data to fix problems before they show up in the numbers.
