We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead software delivery initiatives using Agile and waterfall approaches while ensuring strong governance, financial control, and business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and software engineering projects across the SDLC
- Plan and control scope, schedule, budget, and resources to meet project targets
- Apply Agile and waterfall practices to match delivery needs and constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes
- Drive data analytics and data engineering initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Monitor financial performance and enforce controls to achieve target profitability
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and clients
- Negotiate priorities, timelines, and expectations with clients to secure alignment
- Resolve conflicts with a results-focused approach while sustaining team health
- Ensure traceability of requirements, changes, and deliverables through strong governance
- Use data and analytics to track performance and support decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in software engineering delivery (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience applying Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Stakeholder leadership skills to align teams and clients toward outcomes
- Project governance expertise, including scope, schedule, and risk control
- Strong data analytics and data engineering project experience
- Strong financial control skills to manage budgets and target profitability
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal formats
- High emotional intelligence to manage conflict and maintain team climate
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
- Client Relationship Management experience in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with client context in the telecommunications sector
