What You'll Do

Lead and manage a pod of creative professionals, owning hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day leadership. Provide executive-level oversight for pod accounts and act as the primary escalation point for client concerns within Creative. Own product quality through consistent QA and lead creative product development through structured innovation.

What We're Looking For

7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, with 5+ years in an agency setting. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience across creative disciplines. A portfolio demonstrating a track record of delivering creative campaigns across multiple channels at scale.

What We Offer

Base salary plus commission opportunities. Includes prepaid medicine plan and 15 paid vacation days per year.
