Operations Bogota Colombia Remote Executive Permanent Aug 29, 2026

What You'll Do

Own and continuously refine the firm's proprietary risk system, building checks and balances against founder-led, opportunistic decision-making. Design and run a technology-enabled, compliance-forward operating engine; treat operational excellence as a competitive advantage. Ensure operations meet Colombian financial regulatory standards and the expectations of cross-border institutional investors.

What We're Looking For

10+ years in operations, finance, or risk leadership within alternative asset management, private equity, or a regulated financial institution. Direct experience with institutional LP due diligence, pension funds, or insurance companies. Track record building risk, compliance, or governance functions from the ground up.
