As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will turn DiDi's raw data into the decisions that run a multi‑country marketplace — from what a ride should cost to which experiment gets scaled. This role is built for people who trust a numbers and won't stop until they know why, how and what it moved. You will support the execution of strategic initiatives, promote cross‑functional collaboration, and build dashboards and tools that improve data accessibility to support leader's decision‑making.

- Solving ambiguous business questions through structured analysis — the right data, the right frame, a defensible answer.




- Navigate the exciting messiness of a fast‑growing marketplace by modelling pricing, elasticity and demand scenarios that inform real decisions.
- Collaborate across ops, marketing and finance to turn analysis into decisions, not just dashboards.
- Own a data product or pricing question from hypothesis to recommendation, managing the pressure of numbers leadership actually uses.
- Adapt your approach as new data and shifting priorities reshape the question you're answering.
- Identify the pattern behind a metric (not just what moved, but why) and translate it into a story the business can act on.
