A Marketing Intern you will help DiDi show up where our customers already are — on the feed, in the inbox, on the street, behind the wheels — and prove it with the numbers behind every campaign. This role is built for those who wants to learn how to buildcampaigns that grow the platform; the brand people recognize; and the content that actually engages people.
In this role, you'll be...
- Solving growth and engagement problems through testing frameworks — audiences, messages, channels, creative.
- Navigate a crowded, fast-moving channel landscape by running performance campaigns, CRM journeys and content that actually convert.




- Collaborate across brand, performance, product and data to keep every touchpoint sharp and the voice consistent.
- Own a channel, campaign or content metric end to end, managing the pressure of a live budget and a real audience.
- Adapt your approach in real time as performance data tells you what's resonating and what isn't.
- Identify the patterns behind what a young audience actually engages with — and do more of it, fast.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
