As a Finance Intern, you will build the models and frame the choices that decide where DiDi invests next, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and gain valuable exposure to how financial metrics connect to operational performance in a real‑world. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you will be an integral part of how we measure success and plan for the future.

In this role, you'll be...
- Building models and analyses that inform real business decisions
- Tracking budgets, forecasts and variances and explaining what’s behind them
- Turning financial data into a clear story for non‑finance audiences




- Owning a recurring report or analysis the business relies on
- Supporting tax, treasury or risk processes across LATAM markets
- Documenting and improving controls and procedures
- Analyzing data to flag risk and support compliance
