Position Available: Business Integration Director

Location: Santiago, Bogota, Sao Paulo or Miami

ABOUT THE ROLE The Business Integration Director will lead and coordinate major transformation, integration, and operating model initiatives across the group, ensuring the successful incorporation of newly acquired businesses, the implementation of scalable operating models, and the delivery of operational and financial synergies.

SCOPE

Business Integration & Transformation

- Lead end-to-end Business Integration & Transformation programs, driving post-merger integration strategy from planning through execution to ensure seamless business continuity and value realization.
- Orchestrate cross-functional integration efforts across Finance, Tax, FP&A;, Internal Controls, Treasury, Legal, HR, Procurement, IT, and other corporate functions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and interdependencies.
- Deliver strategic visibility to senior leadership through structured reporting on integration milestones, critical decisions, emerging risks, and value-creation opportunities — enabling timely, informed decision-making.

Financial & Tax Governance

- Establish robust financial, tax, legal, and internal control frameworks from day one, laying a solid foundation for sustainable governance and compliance.




- Partner closely with Group Tax and Group Financial Controlling to optimize financial efficiencies, ensuring integration decisions maximize both financial performance and compliance.

Finance Operations Optimization

- Drive the standardization, automation, and centralization of finance and back-office activities.
- Define service models, governance structures, performance metrics, and transition plans to support scalable, efficient shared-service operations.

Transformation, Governance & Project Management

- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, effectively managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments across the organization.
- Establish project management disciplines, including governance forums, tracking mechanisms, and escalation processes to ensure disciplined execution and timely issue resolution.

ADECUADO CANDIDATE

· The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in complex transformation environments, excels at driving cross-functional collaboration, and has a proven ability to deliver successful integrations, scalable operating models, and sustainable business value.

· Strong financial modeling, and analytical skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.

· Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and English.
