Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Bilingual Aesthetic Medical Admin to support their growing practice. This role combines patient communication, appointment scheduling, and administrative support with light, AI-assisted social media management. The adecuado candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and possesses a strong, empathetic communication style to elevate the patient experience.

Schedule

- Until Mid-October: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM PT; Tuesday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT; Saturday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT (Thursday: OFF) with a 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Follow up with patient leads generated through advertising campaigns to ensure timely engagement and appointment conversion.
- Schedule patient appointments and efficiently manage the practice's calendar.
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide professional, friendly, and compassionate support to patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Create and publish engaging social media content, primarily for Instagram, using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT.




- Engage with the practice's online community by responding to comments, liking posts, and interacting with followers.
- Support patient acquisition and retention efforts through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

- Prior experience working with aesthetics clinics.
- Ability to confidently explain medical and aesthetic procedures in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or a similar patient-facing support role.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content creation and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and patient confidentiality.
