ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident and articulate Appointment Setter to support our growing real estate team through consistent outbound calling and lead engagement. This part-time afternoon role focuses on qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our agents. The adecuado candidate thrives on the phone,

communicates with warmth and clarity, and is motivated by results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and leads

Qualify leads and gather key info for agent follow-up





Schedule and confirm appointments for the team

Follow up with warm leads by phone

Maintain accurate CRM records after each interaction

Track daily call activity and appointment outcomes

Communicate professionally with a wide range of clients

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent English verbal communication — clear and confident

Real estate experience required

Previous outbound calling or appointment setting experience

Comfortable with high call volume and daily targets

Reliable internet connection and quality headset

Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Go High Level, KVCore)

Background in customer service or sales support
