Role Description This full-time remote Application Developer role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications that support the discovery and promotion of general creative talent. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing application performance, and ensuring secure, reliable integration with internal and external systems.

The Application

Developer collaborates with product stakeholders, designers, and other technical team members to translate functional requirements into scalable solutions. The role also involves debugging issues, managing code repositories, documenting technical processes,



and contributing to continuous improvement of the platform’s user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming for building and maintaining web applications.
- Candidates should possess practical experience working with Databases for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills for connecting APIs, third-party services, and internal systems in a secure and reliable manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, with clear communication and time-management skills.
- Interest in or experience with media, entertainment, or creative industries is beneficial.
