About the Role:

Our client is expanding their engineering team and looking for engineers who treat AI as a core part of their workflow, not an afterthought. You’ll build and ship AI-powered features end to end: designing solutions, integrating LLMs and related tooling, deploying to the cloud, and, critically, validating and debugging what the AI produces. You’ll work closely with a Senior AI Engineer and take ownership of features from design through production.

What You’ll Do:

- Design, build, and ship full-stack features with AI capabilities baked in (LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt engineering).
- Deploy and operate services in the cloud, owning your work through CI/CD, monitoring, and production support.
- Use AI tooling (coding assistants, agentic workflows) to accelerate your own development, while applying strong judgment about when and how to use it.
- Rigorously evaluate and debug AI outputs: hallucination checks, regression testing on prompts, output validation, and guardrails.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions and code reviews,



and help raise the bar on how the team leverages AI responsibly.
- Contribute to internal patterns and documentation, so AI-assisted development stays consistent and maintainable across the team.

What We’re Looking For:

- 4+ years of professional software development experience, with solid fundamentals in at least one modern stack (e.g., TypeScript/React, .NET, Python, or Node.js).
- Hands-on cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP): you’ve shipped and maintained real projects in production, including pipelines, infrastructure basics, and observability.
- An agentic mindset with AI: you actively use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your daily work and know where they add value versus where they create risk.
- Experience implementing AI solutions: integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), building RAG systems, or embedding AI features into products.
- You don’t take what the model gives you blindly. You test, validate, and understand failure modes.
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working async in a remote team.
