Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and executing AI-driven strategies that support talent discovery and project development. This role involves analyzing workflows and processes, identifying where AI tools can enhance talent scouting, script evaluation, audience analysis, and production planning.

The strategist will collaborate with creative, technical, and operations teams to select, configure, and integrate AI platforms, and to develop clear processes and guidelines for their use. Day-to-day tasks include mapping requirements, creating implementation roadmaps, monitoring performance metrics, training team members on AI tools, and ensuring ethical and inclusive use of AI in line with the company’s mission. The role also includes staying current with emerging AI technologies in media and entertainment and recommending practical innovations that improve efficiency and expand opportunities for underrepresented artists.

Qualifications

- AI Strategy and Implementation: Ability to design AI use cases,



build implementation plans, and align AI solutions with business and creative objectives.
- Data and Analytics: Experience working with data sets, defining metrics, performing basic analysis, and using insights to inform decisions and optimize workflows.
- Technical and Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with AI platforms (such as language models, recommendation systems, and automation tools) and comfort collaborating with technical specialists or vendors.
- Process Design and Change Management: Skills in mapping workflows, documenting processes, managing projects, and supporting teams through technology adoption and process changes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical team members.
- Ethics and Inclusion in AI: Awareness of bias and fairness in AI systems and commitment to supporting underrepresented talent through responsible technology use.
- Industry Awareness: Interest in film, television, digital content, or broader creative industries; prior experience in media or entertainment is beneficial but not required.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as data science, computer science, information systems, business, or media) or equivalent practical experience implementing technology solutions.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across time zones.
