? Accounting Clerk Jr — Remote Position with a U.S. Company

Do you have accounting experience and are you looking for an opportunity to grow in the finance field by working with a U.S. company? This job opening is for you!

? What will you do in this role?

-Process and review vendor invoices (accounts payable)

-Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments

-Perform bank and vendor reconciliations

-Maintain up-to-date financial records and reports

-Enter data into accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)

- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding invoices and payments

✅ Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, AP/AR, or collections
- High school diploma (a technical degree in accounting is a plus)

-Intermediate Excel skills -Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar software (preferred, but not required)
