America. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of live Game
Presenters, ensuring a high standard of performance and engagement
Oversee show quality, pacing, and presenter delivery to maximize
viewer interaction Collaborate closely with production, content, and operations to coordinate game flow and schedule Monitor
presenter KPIs, provide feedback, and implement training programs
that accelerate growth Drive recruitment, staffing, and shift
planning for a large live studio operation Work with senior
management to scale our Bogotá studio and support new game launches
Who You Are Experienced in live hosting, broadcasting, or game
presentation preferably in an iGaming or entertainment context
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and
inspire talent Strong communicator, organized, and able to balance
creative vision with operational needs Fluent in Spanish ; English
proficiency is a plus Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced, high-production environment Passionate about player experience and
