Your Role:
As an B2B Account Executive, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of active partners and analyze the performance of their listings on the platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, pricing strategies, and overall listing quality to drive better results.
- Use performance data and marketplace insights to guide partners in improving their competitiveness.
- Build strong relationships with partners to support long-term growth and success on the platform.

What We Offer:
- Salary: $5.000.000 COP.




- Performance Bonuses: Up to 30% of your salary. ($1.500.000)
- Contract: Indefinite term.
- Schedule: 42 hours per week.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of professional experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency C1.
- Commercial Skills: Experience managing B2B client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue within accounts.
- Technical Skills (Desirable): Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
- Mindset: Results-driven professional with strong communication, negotiation and B2B client management skills.
