The Role:
We’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist. This role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong lead research, prospecting, CRM management, and sales support experience.
You’ll play a key role in identifying, researching, qualifying, and managing sales opportunities while supporting marketing initiatives and maintaining accurate prospect and customer data. The adecuado candidate enjoys working with data, conducting online research, and uncovering new business opportunities through both internal and external sources.
Location:



Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, sales support, business development, marketing support, or similar roles.
- Skills:
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Lead generation and prospect research
- Strong online research capabilities using public databases, permit systems, government and regulatory websites
- Data management and database maintenance
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
