Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented professional beginning their recruiting career, supporting talent sourcing, candidate screening, and hiring coordination under close guidance.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referral channels under supervision
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and assessments
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
• Support the team with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruiting administration
Qualifications
• Experience: 0–2 years
• Education: Technical diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree (in progress or recently graduated)
• Performs tasks under direct supervision with a focus on learning foundational skills
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow professionally
