Purpose

• Contributes to the overall success of the IBTT – International Banking Technology and Transformation, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team´s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. This role will support on-going Power BI, SSIS development and maintenance, Windows Server Infrastructure support, as well as strategic objectives of Cloud data consumption enablement and migration from on-premise to Cloud technology.

Accountabilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.





• Functions as a member of an agile team and helps drive consistent development practices, tools usage, common components, and patterns.

• Support and maintain PowerBI reports, dashboards, datasets, workspaces and data connectivity across all Caribbean teams/departments.

• Design, develop, test and deploy SSIS packages for data integration and ETL processes

• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures

• Support and monitor server health performance and capacity utilization

• Support patching, upgrade, security and software currency remediation activities

• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
