Overview

We are looking for an IT Systems Junior to join our internal operations team and help keep our technology infrastructure running smoothly and securely. This role is idóneo for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. You will support the team across hardware, software, networks, and internal systems,



working alongside senior staff and getting exposure to enterprise-level tools from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day IT operations.

Provide first-line technical support to internal staff, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently. Manage and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with end users. Maintain an updated inventory of all equipment, licenses, and assets.

Set up and maintain workstations and equipment.

Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals for new and existing employees. Ensure all devices are set up with the required software, security policies, and access permissions before each start date. Support onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.

Manage user accounts and access.

Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across internal platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools. Ensure proper access controls are
