Position Objective

Lead the portfolio strategy for the Building segment in the Andean Region, driving profitable business growth through the development of differentiated value propositions, the identification and execution of investment opportunities, and strengthening the company's positioning in target markets (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru). The role will be responsible for accelerating the adoption of solutions through an upstream strategy, working closely with commercial teams, innovation, operations, T&I;, and external stakeholders.
