The Role

We are looking for a full-stack paid media strategist who is highly skilled in Meta and Google Ads, but also understands how every piece of the funnel connects.

In this role, you will:
- Write high-converting ad copy
- Analyze performance across the entire marketing journey
- Present strategy and insights on client calls

You will manage paid advertising for 30–40 medical spa clients,



driving strategy and performance for your portfolio with the support of an Account Manager.

What You’ll Do
- Run weekly internal performance meetings
- Decide when to scale, pivot, or pause campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and revenue

Execute Campaigns
- Build and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns daily
- Write compelling ad copy that converts
- Test creative angles, audiences, offers, and landing pages
- Optimize campaigns for bookings and treatment rates, not just leads

Think Full Funnel
- Identify and fix landing pages that aren’t converting
- Design email and SMS follow-up sequences that drive bookings
- Understand consumer psychology (ex: what drives someone to book their first Botox treatment?)
- Connect ad performance to presente clinic revenue
- Work closely with designers on creative concepts and angles
- Partner with the Account Manager on client strategy
- Join client calls when strategic input is needed
- Identify upsell opportunit
