providing guidance and quality control* Identify and resolve complex accounting discrepancies and issues* Support and lead audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance* Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing technical accounting and tax guidance* Manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines and service quality standards are consistently met* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancementsRequirements* Spanish (Native) and English (Intermediate preferred)* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field* 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in outsourcing or consulting environments)* Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and/or local GAAP) and Colombian tax regulations* Proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax filings* Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills* Expe
