What you’ll do
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads with a focus on achieving performance or media KPIs.
- Utilize expertise in paid search advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance,



key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, generate insights, and refine targeting and creative strategies.
- Build and update dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.
- Act as a mentor and curator for junior and middle specialists, providing guidance, support, and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and knowledge in paid social advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the English‑speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.

What you bring
- At least four years of hands‑on experience managing and optimizing performance‑driven paid search campaigns.
- Strong command of paid search platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
