About the Role

The Senior Buyer will be responsible for defining, negotiating, and executing the purchasing strategy for the toys category, maximizing sales, margin, and inventory turnover, while aligning with integral trends, licensing opportunities, and consumer behavior.

Job Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 5–10+ years of experience in purchasing, ideally in toys, entertainment/licensing, consumer goods, or retail
- Experience managing suppliers and large product portfolios (+500 SKUs)
- Experience attending international trade shows
- English proficiency required (C1 or above)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Availability to travel

Key Responsibilities
- Define product assortment by category
- Analyze and manage sell-through, inventory turnover, gross margin, and demand forecasting
- Negotiate costs, exclusivity agreements, licenses, and new brands
- Manage inventory and Open-to-Buy (OTB)
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail/sales channels
- Maintain and manage supplier relationships
