Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to validate and test our comprehensive digital platform, including chat systems (WhatsApp and other messaging channels), back-office applications, API services, and third-party integrations. The idóneo candidate will combine strong quality assurance expertise with business intelligence understanding and automation capabilities to ensure our entire technology stack meets both technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for multiple messaging platforms (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.)
- Validate end-to-end workflows across chat systems, back-office applications, and API integrations
- Perform functional, integration, and performance testing of the entire platform ecosystem
- Test and validate third-party API integrations and data synchronization processes
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous validation across all systems
- Validate back-office administrative functions, user management, and reporting features
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve system-wide issues
- Monitor platform performance metrics and generate comprehensive quality reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and integration partner requirements
Required Technical Skills
Testing & QA Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of web application testing, including back-office and administrative systems
- Understanding of database testing and data validation across integrated systems
- Experience with microservices and distributed system testing
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Experience with data validation and business intelligence tools across multiple systems
- Ability to analyze platform metrics, user engagemen
