Massive Bio is seeking an HR & Talent Partner in Colombia to join our two-person HR & Talent team and support people operations across our integral workforce. This role will primarily cover recruitment, operations, onboarding, HR administration, and employee experience during Eastern Time business hours, while also contributing to HR initiatives as needed.
This hands-on role blends recruiting with day-to-day people operations; you will work with autonomy and closely with the HR team across time
