Responsibilities
- Develop service sales strategy and ensure a unified approach to customers within alignment and Service Director alignment.
- Achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage, identifying opportunities for upgrades, customized service projects, service level agreements, and repairs.
- Determine and implement go‑to‑market strategy, defining sales channels according to country requirements and resource availability.
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the service sales team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high‑quality service levels and execution.
- Operate in partnership with the new machines sales team to identify revenue‑maximizing opportunities and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop the Service Sales team talent pipeline in collaboration with HR, focusing on high‑performance coaching and continuous development.
- Drive service innovation by identifying emerging market trends, technological advancements, and competitive practices to enhance customer value.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Minimum five years of experience in Service Sales or Equipment Sales.
- Strong understanding of sales context and proficiency in CRM systems for management purposes.
- High professional ethical standards and experience managing diverse workplaces.
- Knowledge of NPE technologies by exposition or exposure.
- Proven experience leading strategy implementation and long‑term negotiation with stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the official language of the role‑based country.
- Ability to engage effectively across diverse levels, functions, cultures, and business contexts.
