The Associate Marketing Director develops and implements the defined go-to-market strategy and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets being supported by defined resources and investment budgets.Responsible for developing and implementing the brand commercial strategy for Brand/Portfolio. Key responsibilities will include tactical plan development, implementation, communications, stakeholder management and tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s).Essential Functions:Building an image/brand vision and awareness for BeOne and its products in the hemato-oncology and solid tumors markets in alignment with overall business strategy Strategic planning and tactical execution for the brand/portfolio, including driving the launch and setting the strategic direction of a new asset Implementing local marketing strategies for upcoming launches in the haemato-oncology and solid tumor markets.
