Job Summary
The Infrastructure Manager is a senior operational and technical leadership role responsible for the performance, reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of the Systems, Microsoft Azure, Network, and Datacenter teams supporting a dedicated managed-services client. This role leads architects and team leads, provides oversight across the broader engineering organization, and ensures that infrastructure services remain secure, resilient, supportable, and aligned with business priorities and contractual commitments. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, client stakeholders, cybersecurity, project teams, and technology partners, the Infrastructure Manager translates operational conditions and technical risks into clear, business-relevant actions while maintaining strong accountability for 24x7 service delivery, people development, technical governance, and customer outcomes.
