Damco Spain SL is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Site Leader to oversee daily operations at our Cofradía site. This role drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
The successful candidate will lead a 3 direct reports team and 70+ indirect staff, implement Lean and Kaizen initiatives, optimize inventory with WMS, and report on KPIs including safety, quality, and costs.
