Overview

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Motion Designer with 6+ years of experience in motion design and animation within advertising agencies, creative studios, or production companies. Their mission will be to create and elevate the quality of motion graphics and animated content across a variety of formats and platforms, including title treatments, transitions, end cards, and digital content.



We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in design and animation, the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset that contributes to both creative excellence and team growth.

Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media, broadcast, web, and out-of-home campaigns
- Create polished animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and other video elements with close attention to timing, composition, and detail
- Develop static design mockups for approval before moving into animation
- Build and maintain After Effects templates for repeatable production use
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and other designers on daily projects, ensuring all work meets creative and brand standards
- Lead and mentor junior motion designers, providing guidance on craft, workflow, and creative pro
