Job Description Summary

The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the recruitment strategy for
the CASA Region (Andean, Brazil and Cenam) aligning workforce planning with both
immediate and long-term business needs.

The role is responsible for ensuring legal compliance, strengthening employer
branding, improving recruitment processes, and managing data-driven
decision-making. It also supports general talent acquisition initiatives and




leads the development of a high-performing recruitment team.
This position plays a critical role in building a future-ready organization
through strategic hiring, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

* Strategic Alignment & Governance: Drive global and regional alignment of
Talent Acquisition strategies, Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy,
and KPI tracking, Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill,
turnover, internal promotions).
* Process Excellence: Standardize Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes
across the region, Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and
