• Teach the limits honestly, not the sales pitch
## Who we're looking for
Dedicated, open-minded people who are serious about teaching and about being straight with learners.
• *You've shipped no-code products that people actually use.* Show us, don't tell us.
• *You understand databases.* This is where learners get stuck.
• *You're honest about when code is the right answer* — and willing to say so.
*What matters less than you might think:* certificates. We care whether you can build and teach, not what you can list.
