This role focuses on court filings, calendaring, deposition and hearing coordination, and document management primarily under Florida and California procedural rules.The idóneo candidate is someone who follows procedures precisely, escalates questions when needed, and thrives in a structured legal environment where accuracy and deadlines are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation SupportAssist attorneys with court filings, deposition notices, hearing notices, and litigation-related documentation.Support active litigation matters in accordance with Florida and California procedural rules.Court Filings & Document ManagementManage the full court filing process from final review to electronic submission.Format pleadings, organize exhibits, prepare PDFs, and file through appropriate court portals.Confirm successful filings and properly upload and store all documents in the firm s document management system.Accurately calendar hearings, depositions, and deadlines.Review inbound filings and notices, calculate deadlines under applicable procedural rules,
and enter all deadlines into Clio on the same business day.Upload documents to NetDocuments in the correct matter workspace and notify the assigned attorney upon completion.Coordination & CommunicationCommunicate with opposing counsel, court staff, and court reporters.Prepare notices using firm templates, circulate drafts for attorney approval, finalize approved notices, and serve or file as directed.Required QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar litigation support role.Fluent in English (written and verbal).Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently and elevate questions rather than make assumptions.Legal education or relevant litigation experience.Preferred QualificationsProficiency in Clio and NetDocuments.Familiarity with Florida e-filing systems and litigation workflows.Experience supporting attorneys in U.S.-based litigation matters.Why Join Us100% remote role within LATAMBonuses and SubsidiesStable full-time schedule aligned with ESTWork closely with experienced litigation attorneysStructured environment with clear procedures and expectations#J-18808-Ljbffr
