Zensar is seeking Event Data Store Analyst and Scrum lead in Bogota, Colombia (%100 Remote). This is open for a Full time with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Overview:

Summary:



The Martech Data Store Technical Lead and Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting the data flow from event systems supporting all Flagship events, regional events and Tradeshows like Partner Summit, and Field Marketing, ensuring accurate data integration into downstream systems for marketing, sales, and reporting purposes. They work on refining and maintaining the data dictionary, updating system architecture diagrams, and overseeing data processing rules for event data, including managing the onboarding of events data to the Unified Data Lake.

Roles and Responsibilities-

- Data ETL capabilities - Working with event data, potentially from various sources, to extract, clean, and prepare it for analysis.
- Defining functional and technical requirements for data-related features and improvements.
- Implementing measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of event data, often involving data validation and cleansing processes.
- Maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of the data store, pipelines, and processes.
- Leading sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management and sprint planning.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology or related fields.
