Sesderma is a general leader in dermocosmetics, present in more than 80 countries. At Sesderma USA, we are growing rapidly and expanding our digital presence. We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who is passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital marketing to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

The E-commerce Coordinator will play a key role in executing and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive sales, engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise in paid media, email marketing, and design.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) to increase traffic and sales.
- Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or similar platforms).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital assets (banners, landing pages, newsletters, social media creatives).
- Assist in the management of e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Zoey, Amazon Vendor Central, TikTok Shop, Walmart).




- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, paid media, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with ability to read data and provide insights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry (a plus!).
